Important Update: U.S Shipping and duties

U.S orders may now be subject to import duties & taxes due to new trade laws (Aug 29, 2025) We're working with couriers to keep your checkout clear and delivery smooth.

The good news is that because Field Trip products are proudly manufactured in Canada, we qualify under the U.S-Canada-Mexico trade agreement and (so far) have not been subject to tariffs, but customs fees or processing fees may still apply.

We're doing our best to make this seamless - showing costs at checkout whenever possible and shipping U.S orders with trusted courier services (UPS, FedEx & DHL Express.)

We've been successfully shipping with no interruptions this far, and we promise to keep you updated as trade regulations evolve. Shipping

Free shipping is automatically deducted at checkout on all orders of $100 or more. 

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post. Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. During sale and Christmas periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on public holidays. Full tracking details will be sent to customers when shipped.  Should you have any questions regarding your order we encourage you to contact hello@usefieldtrip.ca


Returns

In the event that you feel a product is not suitable, we would be pleased to coordinate a return. Kindly contact hello@usefieldtrip.ca within 14 days of receiving your order and we will contact you with the next steps. Upon receiving the return, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.

If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of it to hello@usefieldtrip.ca. We will contact you with the next steps.
