My motivation was personal, and began in 2016 when we were expecting our first child.

In the process of preparing my body and our home for our new baby, I became much more aware of the toxicity of our environment. I started taking more care in eating healthily and choosing to look for organic and local foods. And inevitably, I began to care more about what I was putting on my body, too. I stopped wearing strong synthetic fragrances and really focused on using clean, natural + safe ingredients. But all the ‘natural’ products I found were either not truly natural or felt like I was forced to make a sacrifice on aesthetics, scent, texture, or performance.

I was ready to do it better.

CIRCULAR + RECYCLABLE PACKAGING

We selected glass and aluminum for our products because both are 100% recyclable and can be recycled endlessly without loss in quality or purity. They are non-toxic, free from any harmful chemicals and generally not associated with a negative impact on your health. 

We aim to foster waste reduction by offering aluminum refill caps on our bottles so the plastic treatment pumps may be reused again and again.

We use a natural uncoated paper stock for our reusable pump and shipping boxes and all shipping filler is recyclable and compostable. We offer the ability to fully offset all carbon emissions for the transport of each order.
